First and foremost, i absolutely love the soft case I received! It’s amazing quality and it is so cute. I chose the any color option because i wanted to see what they came up with and i was hoping for some patterns! I got muted patterns and It is beautiful! I appreciated the seller note letting me know the return/refund policy. The only reason i gave four stars for shipping is because the tracker stopped tracking about half way through the shipping process. It came on time! But given the refund policy, just know that it may have arrived before the tracker says so. For example it is in my apartment right now and the shipping tracker still thinks it’s on the other side of the United States, so just make sure you are keeping an eye out for your package and you will be fine!!
